Q&A Living Beautiful with Teresa Palmer

There’s something oddly distracting about Teresa Palmer—you can’t take your eyes off her even if you want to. With her roles in I am Number 4 and Warm Bodies, it’s pretty evident Hollywood is besotted with her; it’s no wonder then, that her upcoming films Point Break and The Choice are widely anticipated.

Her appointment as the Global Face of Artistry comes as no surprise, but make no mistake, the role isn’t just about looking pretty – it’s about being an example of a strong, independent woman who can inspire others. And nobody looks as flawlessly radiant as Palmer while doing so. We have a quick tete-a-tete with this rising star to find out how she does it all.

What is your go-to look when you’re jet setting across the globe?
I wear a very bare face while travelling—moisturizer, eye cream and lip gloss. That’s it.

You have a very hectic schedule what with flitting between shoots and your role as Artistry’s global face. What are your favourite super foods when you’re on the go?
Air dried mangos, dates, kale chips and almond butter are some of my favorite snacks on the go.

Are you a morning person or evening person? How do you keep your energy levels up all day?
I’m neither an AM nor a PM person, I’m an all-day person! The key to my energy is drinking my veggies—a mix of kale, lemon, spinach, water, blueberries, celery and cucumber.

Even when you’re on the go, your skin looks flawless and radiant. What’s your skin secret?
My skin secret is to use Artistry Youth Xtend™ Serum Concentrate in the morning and never to go to bed without applying Creme L/X.

You’ve been travelling the world for work and leisure. What are your favourite cities?
Adelaide and Los Angeles, because they are where my loved ones are—they’re home to me.

When did you first realize you wanted to be an actress?
I knew I wanted to be an actress after watching A Little Princess when I was nine-years-old.

If not an actress, what would you have been?
If I weren’t an actress, I would be an Ayurvedic healer or a spiritual teacher.

What’s your life credo?
I live by the quote, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
